As part of their strategy to take over the world, the Huffington Post just launched a sports site: HuffPost Sports. Both Max and I were honored and thrilled to be invited to contribute columns for launch. I wrote a piece arguing that 2009 is the year soccer reached the tipping point in America and is here to stay. Max did a preview of the USA v Slovakia friendly on Saturday. Soccer coverage will definitely be a priority for HuffPost Sports, and Max and I will both appear regularly. Check it out.
